I Automated My Client Onboarding: Here’s The Stack

1. Problem: Too Many Meetings

Most 45-minute meetings could’ve been an email or Loom.

But clients often just want access to your brain for reassurance or a quick answer.

Most client will say “I’m very visual”, so trust them on that.

If you can turn an idea/strategy into a visual, that’s an instant win.

Use Midjourney, Ideogram, or ChatGPT-4o to generate mockups or simple visuals based on your idea.

Pro Tip:

Use this for funnels, offers, slide outlines, or even moodboards. Seeing the idea helps clients buy into it much faster.

Clients judge your thinking by how clearly you write.

I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you to use LLMs to write an email.

But I’m talking about other type of copy here.
