My Internet Died. AI Brought It Back to Life.

The other day, my internet died.

RIP WiFi.

After suffering through 2 hours of mobile hotspot hell (RIP my data plan), I finally caved and called support.

I hate contacting support.

It’s always the same:

  • 15 minutes of repeating everything you just said

  • 20 minutes explaining the issue to a bot

  • 30 minutes waiting for a human who tells me to “restart my router”

But this time? Mind. Blown.

My internet provider unleashed some kind of AI support sorcery.

This wasn't your average "have you tried turning it off and on again?" chatbot.

This thing UNDERSTOOD my problem and – here's the kicker – FIXED IT IN REAL-TIME.

No transfers. No hold music. No repeating my issue five times.
