I’ve been in the service game for 7+ years, and I can tell you:

These headlines are noise.

What matters is what you can actually do with AI today.

Ignore the Model Updates. Seriously.

Everyone’s playing musical chairs between ChatGPT → Claude → Grok → Back to ChatGPT.

Reality check?

If you’re already using ChatGPT in your workflow, you’re good. ✅

If you’re using AI tools powered by OpenAI, you’re good. ✅

No need to jump models every week.

The win is in how you use the tool, not which one you use.

State of the Art vs. State of the Practical

Saw this 🔥 post from Dharmesh (HubSpot co-founder):

Spot on.

Unless you’re building the next AI SaaS, you don’t need to care about bleeding-edge model releases.

What you do need to care about is:

→ Can this AI tool make my work day-to-day easier?

→ Can it replace a process, save time, or make me money?

If not, it’s just hype wrapped in a shiny YouTube thumbnail.

(And yes, every time I see an “AI influencer” post something like this, I cringe:)

Because what I really want to ask them is:

“Cool story, but how did this grow your business?”

Spoiler: it didn’t.
